Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Product Management team
Strategic development of the team and product portfolio with a strong market and sales orientation
Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle
Central interface between Sales, Marketing and Research & Development
Close collaboration with national and international sales units
Active sales support through value propositions, market and competitive analyses
Translating market and customer needs into clear product requirements

University degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Medical Technology) or equivalent qualification
Several years of product management experience in dental or medical technology
Several years of line management experience
Strong sales and market orientation
Experience working with national and international sales organizations
German: business fluent
English: business fluent
Additional languages advantageous
Willingness to travel / Workplace: On-site presence with the possibility of working from home on individual days

Negotiable annual salary of €90,000–€105,000 (depending on experience)
