Lead performance discussions with maturity and consistency: support performance assessments, guide calibration processes, and strengthen feedback loops
Uphold and activate the pillars of culture and leadership in the daily operations of the teams
Support leaders in building mature teams: feedback, difficult conversations, psychological safety, development, and case follow-up
Monitor climate, engagement, conflicts, turnover, and performance, always acting with a sense of urgency and prevention
Facilitate sensitive alignments and peer conversations, ensuring clarity and trust
Lead career, succession, role alignment, and internal mobility processes with fairness, equity, and consistency
Act as a bridge between business areas and People specialties (People Ops, Compensation, TA, DE&I, Legal, and Internal Communications)
Support structural changes, management transitions, reorganizations, and offboarding with responsibility and humanity
Ensure people-related narratives, analyses, and metrics with consistency, clarity, and a focus on action
Requirements
Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in technology companies, operations, or fast-paced environments
