The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including:
Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery
Coordinating closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Senate Product Owner (PO) to align priorities and expectations
Identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensuring adherence to Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies and established project governance frameworks
Overseeing project communications, including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive briefings
Ensuring all deliverables meet defined quality standards and performance requirements
Facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing IT implementation projects
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise system implementations, preferably PeopleSoft HCM
Proven experience managing Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall projects
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing projects involving payroll systems and/or financial system integrations
Experience working in government or legislative environments (desired)
Familiarity with federal project governance and compliance standards (desired)
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications (desired)
US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
