About this role
Role Overview
Lead teams in the design, execution and delivery of digital projects;
Establish a relationship of trust with our clients by acting as their main point of contact and advisor;
Keep projects on track in terms of time, budget and functionality, using performance indicators and Earned Value Management (EVM);
Demonstrate a strong understanding and interest in the business reality and objectives pursued by customers;
Identify the risks, estimate the efforts, anticipate the challenges and optimize the use of resources throughout the project;
Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and the sharing of best practices within the team;
Adapt communication according to interlocutors, context and objectives, while maintaining a fluid and professional collaboration;
Enable a collaborative climate by resolving minor conflicts in a professional manner and motivating the team towards common goals;
Any other related tasks.
Requirements
8 years of professional experience in digital project management (software, web, mobile, etc.);
Have a university degree in management or computer science;
Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)*;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate well within multidisciplinary teams;
Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills;
Ability to adapt quickly to achieve objectives on time;
Knowledge of Earned Valued Management methodology;
Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK standard;
Concrete experience with Jira and Confluence in a professional context;
Good knowledge of Agile management principles;
PMP, Scrum and Product Owner certification (an asset).
