Key Account Manager

Role Overview

• Building long-term partnerships with leading customers in the aviation industry.
• Maximizing the value of our workforce-management software for personnel and deployment planning as well as operational processes.
• Tailoring our solution to customer needs to increase adoption, satisfaction and customer loyalty.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Developing and strategically advancing existing customer relationships.
• Responsible for renewals, pricing and SLAs in close collaboration with Sales.
• Ensuring smooth implementation and reliable ongoing support for our aviation customers.
• Monitoring account performance and bringing customer feedback into internal decision-making processes.

Requirements

• You have experience in Key Account Management—ideally in a SaaS, workforce-management or aviation environment.
• A degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management or a comparable qualification provides a solid foundation.
• You are confident in contract negotiations, close deals with assurance and enjoy meeting ambitious revenue targets.
• You have a good understanding of workforce-management software and operational processes in aviation.
• You communicate confidently in German and English. Additional languages such as Spanish, French or Arabic are a real plus.
