Develop solid partnerships with HR teams and broker contacts
Monitor client and broker satisfaction through internal benchmarks
Follow up with clients, ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities without impacting deadlines
Attend Onsite and offsite client meetings and benefit fairs with current or prospective clients; travel required throughout year and during open enrollment
Serve as the strategic point of contact after the sales and implementation process is complete
Requirements
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B2C account management and/or business-to-business sales
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Excellent written, spoken, listening, and critical analysis skills
Ability to interact with a wide variety of behavioral and personality styles effectively
Able to tackle new assignments and wear multiple hats
Work well independently and in a team environment
Benefits
AIP offered base annual salary for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000
Eligible for the annual Regional Acct Manager Incentive Plan
