Serves as liaison between cross-functional support for regional sales, with marketing, training, operations, and finance.
Supports Regional Sales Director and National Account Managers to drive share, planning, marketing programs and other sales initiatives.
Supports National Account Managers (NAMs) in the creation of product line recommendations, rollout strategies, and competitive intelligence for the Team.
Develops marketing plans and products to support North Key Account opportunities with the guidance of the RSD.
Analyzes retail advertising within the Account's major trading areas and develops conclusions/recommendations for the RSD.
Helps Account Managers analyze CO-OP spend and tracking through third-party providers (Numerator).
Participates in account support for large rollouts/growth expansion.
Attends/participates in internal Quarterly Business Reviews.
Assists in the development of regional rollout meetings, major dealer presentations and annual budget planning.
Requirements
BA/BS Degree is required
Minimum of 5
7 years sales experience in consumer products environment required
Minimum of 2 years as a Senior Territory Manager preferred
Career background in bedding, furniture, or premium consumer durables sales with account buy call responsibility.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
Expert level in Excel
