About this role
Role Overview
Provide day-to-day operational and transactional support to the Sales Team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Manage requests and cases through CRM tools and established processes, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate and coordinate communication, proposal preparation, and/or order processing with internal teams such as Accounting, Legal, and Vehicle Management, escalating issues when additional expertise is required.
Deliver problem resolution and quality assurance while maintaining a balanced and organized workload.
Adhere to standard operating procedures, supporting reporting and metrics that enhance visibility and accountability.
Contribute to process improvements that streamline engagement and strengthen alignment across the organization.
Maintain current knowledge of contract vehicle rules and regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
Perform all other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of experience in sales operations, contracts, business operations, or related administrative support functions.
Ability to organize, manage and process a large volume request under strict deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Ability to deliver results accurately and with a high sense of urgency.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Strong customer orientation and conflict resolution skills.
Sound judgment in decision-making and problem solving.
General understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
