Creation of requirements analyses, solution concepts and architectures in the area of SAP HCM On-Premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors
You support our clients in the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions
You independently manage our clients in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment in the areas of consulting, customizing and configuration
Requirements
Completed university degree or vocational training in computer science or in the human resources domain
Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management or in one or more SuccessFactors modules
Optional: ABAP knowledge
Convincing manner, structured approach and confident communication
High degree of responsibility, business thinking and initiative
Very good German language skills, good English skills
Willingness to travel is required
