About this role
Role Overview
- Creation of requirements analyses, solution concepts and architectures in the area of SAP HCM On-Premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- You support our clients in the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions
- You independently manage our clients in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment in the areas of consulting, customizing and configuration
Requirements
- Completed university degree or vocational training in computer science or in the human resources domain
- Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management or in one or more SuccessFactors modules
- Optional: ABAP knowledge
- Convincing manner, structured approach and confident communication
- High degree of responsibility, business thinking and initiative
- Very good German language skills, good English skills
- Willingness to travel is required
