Overseeing all operations and activities at the marina
Directing and coordinating all marina operations, including equipment rentals and recreational boating activities
Acting as an instructor/trainer in small craft handling and serving as a basic sailing instructor
Maintaining compliance with safety standards and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Developing and implementing programs to promote boating safety and enhance customer satisfaction
Monitoring maintenance and inspections for all marina equipment and facilities
Organizing and supervising training in small craft handling
Conducting emergency response activities
Providing excellent customer service and resolving patron inquiries
Preparing reports and maintaining required documentation for all operations
Supervising marina staff and ensuring operational success.

A minimum of five (5) years of satisfactory experience as a marina supervisor
Certification or ability to obtain certification as: Instructor/Trainer in small craft handling (sail and power)
Basic sailing instructor
CPR, AED, and First Aid certified
Strong customer service skills and communication abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a relevant field is desirable
Must be in possession of a valid passport and able to travel internationally.
