Own the end‑to‑end business performance of assigned strategic partners, including revenue growth, pipeline quality, and GTM execution.
Define, execute, and remain accountable for joint annual operating plans (AOP) and long‑term partner strategies, including investment priorities, growth motions, and success metrics.
Ensure C itrix strategic priorities, product direction, and GTM motions are embedded into partner business plans and translated into executable sales plays.
Orchestrate partner enablement, technical readiness, and operational alignment in collaboration with enablement, customer success, and support teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Serve as the senior executive interface between strategic partners and C itrix leadership, leading executive engagement, alignment, and issue resolution.
Partner closely with global partner programs, distribution, and internal business units to improve partner experience, operational efficiency, and scale.
Collaborate with GTM leadership to define joint account strategies, identify priority opportunities, and execute coordinated engagement plans.
Provide actionable partner and field feedback to influence program design, GTM strategy, and operating model improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 8 years of proven success in partner management, go-to-market (GTM) leadership, or business development roles.
Familiarity with the global IT software industry, demonstrating an understanding of competitive landscapes and market dynamics.
Experience in developing and executing joint GTM strategies and co-marketing efforts in collaboration with partners.
Experience building strategy plans and engaging with key partners.
Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing.
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution without formal authority.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
