Role Overview
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and support tickets
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate assistance for vending machine and payment-related issues
- Resolve common problems on first contact whenever possible
- Maintain professionalism under pressure while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Own tickets end-to-end and take responsibility for accurate troubleshooting, documentation, timely updates, and closure
- Perform standard remote troubleshooting and first-level resolution for common issues
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a call center or product support environment
- Methodical and analytical approach to troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer support
- Experience in product or technical support preferred
- Familiarity with vending machines or credit card processing technologies is a plus
