Responsible for executing the defined talent acquisition strategy and processes to hire the best talent for dentsu.
Partner with TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and Hiring Managers to define recruiting strategies and usher identified talent through the interview process.
Act as a mentor and coach to more junior TA Specialists/Business Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners where possible.
Monitor our applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring qualified applicants are moved into the interview process.
Extends offers to candidates, coordinating closely with career advocates and hiring managers.
Requirements
Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting
Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters preferred)
Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with hiring managers
Exposure to and baseline knowledge to support leveraging data and reports to demonstrate the results of hiring efforts
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
