Creation of regulatory reports for supervisory authorities covering regulatory metrics
Collaboration on capital reporting in line with Basel III and the CRR, including analysis and validation of metrics such as regulatory capital, capital ratios, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, large exposures, and liquidity
Assessment of the impact of new regulations on capital ratios and risk-weighted assets
Monitoring capital adequacy and ensuring that regulatory reporting processes are robust and fully compliant
Maintenance of templates that cannot be handled by standard applications
Monitoring regulatory changes and working on integrating regulatory updates into systems and workflows
Coordination tasks between Accounting, Risk and IT departments
Translating regulatory changes into internal policies and monitoring full compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Economics
Professional experience in corporate accounting at a bank, in external audit for banks, or in consulting with a focus on regulatory reporting projects
Knowledge of regulatory and supervisory frameworks, e.g., Basel III, CRR or COREP
Knowledge of accounting standards
Analytical personality with a team-oriented, structured and independent working style
Proficiency with databases and data analysis tools
Ability to meet deadlines independently and perform under pressure
