Role Overview

• Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes
• Conduct complex and rigorous legal research and analysis
• Draft memoranda and position letters
• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage advice
• Supervise mediation and settlement of litigations
• Draft and review legal documents
• Participate in depositions and other aspects of litigations

Requirements

• At least three years of experience, either in commercial litigation, or in-house experience with liability insurance policies
• Excellent academic credentials
• Solid work history
• Admission to practice in either New York or New Jersey
