About this role
Role Overview
Be the primary point of contact for client(s) for all aspects of the program
Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities
Drives program evolution while keeping with client's strategic needs
Responsible for managing and implementing the overall program requirements
Ability to indirectly manage and influence a diverse group of resources
Facilitate complex team meetings involving business and technical resources
Effectively communicate & manage project expectations to client, project managers, sponsors, team members and other stakeholders
Tracks performance data and reports results to client
Develops and maintains knowledge of industry, economic trends and changes affecting businesses
Provides training and best practice recommendations to clients
Mentors other Program Leads and Program Managers
Requirements
BA/BS degree and 8 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Must clear a pre-employment drug test
