About this role
Role Overview
Acceptance of customer calls and handling inquiries regarding the maintenance and servicing of wall-mounted boilers and heat pumps
Supporting the on-site team at customer locations via remote diagnostics and answering their technical questions
Providing technical advice for gas boilers and heating systems
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an HVAC technician (Sanitär/Heizung/Klima), heating installer, ventilation technician, electronics technician, gas and water installer, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience with heating technology and gas boilers (maintenance and customer service)
Fluent German, both written and spoken (C2 level)
Very good PC skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Enjoyment of communication and telephone-based support
Composed and calm in stressful situations
