Develop requirement analyses, solution concepts and architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
Support customers in the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.
Independently manage customer engagements in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment, covering consulting, customizing and configuration.
Requirements
Completed university degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science/IT or in a human resources-related field.
Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
ABAP knowledge is a plus.
Confident presence, a structured approach and strong communication skills.
High level of responsibility, business awareness and initiative.
Very good German skills and good English skills.
Willingness to travel is required.
