- Oversee daily activities of donor floor operations
- Supervise staff and support compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Provide direct support to the Center Manager in driving performance and donor satisfaction
- Create employee schedules and maintain inventory levels
- Monitor donor flow and address delays for optimal donor experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer
- CPR Certified
- 6 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties
- Ability to perform in a highly regulated, operations intensive, high volume medical business
