About this role
Role Overview
Provide customer support via chat, answering questions and resolving issues related to Contmatic Phoenix products.
Deliver the highest level of support to customers, with a focus on providing extraordinary service.
Ensure the delivery of success KPIs related to the support strategy and take actions to achieve individual performance indicators.
Be proactive in customer relationships, anticipating potential issues and minimizing customer impact in crisis situations, exceeding expectations and ensuring reliability.
Record all customer interactions in the support system, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Participate in training sessions and product/service updates for Contmatic Phoenix.
Work closely with other support team members and internal departments to ensure fast and effective resolution of customer issues.
Share knowledge and best practices with the team to improve support.
Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services offered by Contmatic Phoenix.
Requirements
Basic technical knowledge of tax legislation as applied to Fiscal Department activities, including calculations, invoice issuance and taxation, tax control, and filing of tax obligations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (sheets, docs, presentations).
Proven experience in customer support.
Completed technical education in accounting or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
