Role Overview
- ✅ We are looking for a professional focused on drafting petitions to obtain judgments, preparing and submitting supporting documents to the case file, and monitoring the client's system (Elaw).
Requirements
- 🎯 Bachelor of Laws degree without active OAB registration (mandatory) (OAB = Brazilian Bar Association);
- ✅ Previous legal experience, preferably in civil and/or banking litigation;
- ✅ Experience drafting legal pleadings and court documents;
- ✅ Experience working with high-volume operational routines is a plus;
- ✅ Knowledge and experience with cases involving financial institutions is a plus;
- ✅ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
- ✅ Familiarity with legal case management systems (experience with Elaw is a plus).
