Proactively generate and qualify new mid-market opportunities through outbound calling, email, sales tools and nurturing inbound leads
Build strong, trusted relationships with prospective customers by understanding their challenges and goals
Work closely with Sales Representatives to progress opportunities and support deal closure
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and opportunity targets
Confidently articulate the value of MYOB’s solutions and effectively handle objections
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM activity to support sales outcomes
Requirements
Experience in business development, sales development or lead generation within a SaaS or technology environment
A strong results mentality, with proven experience working towards targets and KPIs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach
Confidence using CRM platforms and modern sales tools
A proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for sales and a desire to grow a long-term career at MYOB
