Work closely with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support
Develop strategies to maintain Customer Accounts through education and other solutions
Install and train staff in clinics on the use of IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems
Assist with critical customer need visits and provide onsite technical support
Visit customers in the field every day, with occasional schedule adjustments for events
Build relationships with customers and work as a team player
Manage schedule based on customer needs while focusing on professional development
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
Training and/or leadership background strongly preferred
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, management, and peers
Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships
Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
Effective listening skills to discover customer needs
Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones
Computer networking experience is a plus
Valid Driver’s License required
