About this role
Role Overview
Telephone outreach: You contact potential customers by phone using a clear conversation guide.
Appointment management: You coordinate and schedule consultation appointments in a structured and reliable manner.
Preparation and follow-up: You prepare customer appointments using checklists and accurately document the outcomes.
Team support: You support advisors in day-to-day operations – e.g., with preparation, documentation and follow-up.
Data maintenance: You keep customer information in the system up to date and complete.
Event support: You occasionally assist at customer events or workshops and take on defined responsibilities there.
Requirements
You work in a disciplined, organized and careful manner.
You feel comfortable with clear structures and defined routines.
You communicate by phone in a friendly, calm and professional way.
You reliably implement clear instructions and document conscientiously.
Experience in customer contact, administration or organization is a plus but not required.
