Independently manage an end-to-end origination pipeline (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients using a consultative sales approach
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets related to pipeline development and deal closures
Monitor pipeline quality through KPIs, sales activity and forecasting
Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation and origination processes
Support strategic initiatives and market development in Spain

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
Proven experience negotiating and closing end-to-end transactions
Strong commercial acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
