About this role
Role Overview
Utilize various recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote Business Associates candidates
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews
Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit
Partner with the CEO and Team Leads to understand their staffing needs
Develop job descriptions and requirements tailored to specific Business Associates positions
Provide a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate records of candidate information
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
Focus on administrative, operations, business, or generalist positions
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
