About this role

Provide application support for the Blue Yonder application, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Blue Yonder and its integration with Linux operating systems
Monitor system health, perform routine maintenance, and implement updates as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve application functionality
Document support activities, solutions, and best practices for future reference
Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide technical guidance as required
Participate in on-call support rotations and escalate complex issues when necessary

Familiarity with the Blue Yonder application
Hands-on experience with the Linux operating system
Exposure to system monitoring tools, incident management processes, and automation scripts
Previous involvement in supporting enterprise-level applications, managing application deployments, and optimizing system configurations
Experience with root cause analysis, performance tuning, and working within a fast-paced support team
