Independently lead and manage ERP implementation projects, with hands-on project management experience
Use your strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and refine requirements
Analyze and design business-IT processes and automations to develop efficient and productive solutions
Prepare feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to provide actionable insights for project strategy and decision-making
Prepare and conduct workshops and presentations for clients
Assess IT architectures and develop strategies to optimize systems and processes

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Quick learner, analytical mindset, and strong self-motivation
Team player with a passion for challenging tasks and problem-solving
A can-do attitude combined with a strategic, big-picture perspective
Fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
