Manage the control suite for Card Clearing including control builds, control strategy and control testing.
Identify, escalate, and control risks within the transaction lifecycle (Authorizations, Clearing, and Posting)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments including Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance.
Deliver and maintain a well-managed ecosystem for Card Clearing. This includes leading exams, risk events, controls and process documentation.
Provide effective coaching, and consistent feedback to your direct report.

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 4 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
At least 2 years of experience with controls or audit
At least 2 years of experience working with analytical, data management, or software engineering teams
At least 2 years of People Management experience
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or Business Process Management Certification (preferred)
Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
