- Understands and works on closing package preparation requests
- Analyzes Commercial documentation preparation requests
- Orders required due diligence
- Completes documentation packages
- Interacts with lending staff and management
Requirements
- Associate’s degree and a minimum of 1 year work experience, or 3 years higher education and/or work experience including 1 year work experience
- Paralegal experience is preferred
