Understands business problems and defines the scope (technical, functional, and business) of requests, validated by the PO/PM;
Assesses and measures the impact of new features on existing functionality;
Technically evaluates and discusses integrations with analysts and software engineers from other teams (cross-team dependencies);
Supports the organization of the technical backlog by establishing dependencies and priorities;
Performs technical estimation and refinement of requests together with the development team;
Understands business requirements and translates them into user stories that engineering can use to build code components and/or system architecture;
Identifies, evaluates, and addresses impacts on business processes and systems related to other requests and areas;
Communicates with software engineers and QAs, understands programming logic, and helps design engineering solutions where the end "customer" may be a developer from another team;
Supports system validation and user acceptance testing (UAT);
Acts as an interface between internal systems and third-party solutions;
Coordinates with Change Management for Systems (creation of RDMs, alignment with processing areas and IT operations, provides support and monitors deployment of new solutions and features) through internal team planning;
Prepares manuals for configuration and parameterization of internal and external systems;
Works on incident resolution and monitors system processes;
