About this role
Role Overview
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements, perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, support system implementation and maintenance.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to analyze processes, identify gaps, and define scalable solutions.
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
- Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to drive alignment and execution.
- Analyze business processes and drive improvements through optimization and automation.
- Support testing, including UAT, to ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements.
- Identify risks, gaps, and data issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Support go-live and hypercare to ensure stability and successful adoption.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Computer Science, IT or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design.
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFMC preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data flows, integrations, and end-to-end data mapping across systems.
- Strong understanding (3+ years) of Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking principles.
- 3+ years of experience creating documentation including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
- 3+ years of experience managing stakeholders and working across business and technical teams.
