Facets Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst role involves analyzing FACETS configuration requests and providing technical consultation to health plans, requiring a strong understanding of relational database theory and technical testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a technical consultant to assigned Health Plan(s) in the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation as well as to Service Operations on business initiatives that require FACETS configuration modifications
• Responds to and completes FACETS configuration requests
• This position is required to work a minimum of five (5) or more projects consecutively, depending on the size

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent technical experience
• At least three (3) years experience as Business Analyst, Configuration, or Related Business Area
• Microsoft Access or equivalent relational database application experience
• Ability to build complex queries, reports, and macros
• Previous experience with Exchange or Commercial Plan, Product and Benefit configuration
• Previous experience with Medicare Fee Schedule Pricing and NetworX Agreement builds
