Role Overview
- Lead and support affiliate-to-affiliate contracting activities
- Collaborate closely with Legal to interpret contract language
- Facilitate negotiations between affiliated entities
- Develop, structure, and document contractual arrangements
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Serve as a key liaison between business, legal, and operational teams
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field
- minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience
- Proven experience in affiliate-to-affiliate or inter-company contracting preferred
- Strong working knowledge of contract interpretation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
