About this role
Role Overview
Supervise and guide the SDR team to meet targets and achieve results;
Define strategies and guidelines aligned with the Group's commercial objectives;
Foster a collaborative, motivating, and high-performance environment;
Plan and deliver training programs for team development;
Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback;
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate qualified leads;
Improve lead qualification and distribution processes;
Monitor metrics such as conversion, scheduled meetings, and opportunity generation;
Identify improvements and implement actions to increase team performance;
Requirements
Currently studying or degree completed in commercial management, marketing, public relations, or related fields.
Knowledge of Google Workspace
Solid understanding of lead generation and qualification best practices
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
Knowledge of sales methodologies
Experience leading a pre-sales (SDR) team
