Role Overview
- Contribute to the drafting and submission of high-quality proposals
- Conduct a thorough review and analysis of the RFP
- Create text for proposals and adapt existing material into new material
- Manage the proposal compilation and ensure on-time submission
- Participate in follow-ups and debriefs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Minimum three years of experience with technical writing in a science or engineering field
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality deliverables under pressure
- Substantial experience with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
