Coordinate project activities to ensure documentation of all project phases
Compile project status reports and coordinate project schedules
Manage project documentation and meetings
Identify and resolve problems collaboratively
Apply standards and methodologies
Identify and assess risks to project success
Agree on project approach with stakeholders
Prepare quality, risk, and communications plans
Track activities against project schedule
Build reporting/status updates
Assist in evaluating stakeholder objectives and underlying issues

Support seniors in providing project oversight

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Desirable: Additional course or certification in Project Management
Certified functional consultant in any one specific domain
High emotional intelligence and excellent people management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Good self-management skills
Innovative approach and mindset
Good problem-solving skills
Experience and knowledge in project management methodologies
Strong awareness of new and emerging technologies
Knowledge of open source project management tools
Basic experience in scheduling and database analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
