Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs
Post job offers on various platforms
Screen CVs, select and interview applicants
Provide advice and follow-up with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Ensure smooth administrative follow-up once the right candidate is found
Update weekly vacancy overviews
Monitor and evaluate interns' performance
Organize intern integration events, networking sessions, and trainings
Support initiatives that strengthen community building among interns
Plan, attend and support workshops and events (e.g., Belgian job fairs)
Assist in creating communication and visual materials
Support the team in improvement projects
Run and launch campaigns (e.g., videos, testimonials, interviews)
Requirements
Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English
Have obtained or are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
Exhibits trustworthiness with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and work with a structured approach
Able to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing sight of details
Strong communication skills, are proactive and able to work independently
