About this role
Role Overview
Provide user support for CRM tools (Exceedra, Purina Pro) and digital solutions (incidents, inquiries, enhancements)
Collect, analyze and synthesize field feedback to support decision-making
Lead weekly meetings with regional contacts and coordinate follow-up actions
Train field and headquarters teams, develop training materials, and ensure effective adoption of the tools
Participate in a monthly field visit to deepen operational understanding and promote tool usage
Update master data (clients, products, assortments) and help improve data reliability with commercial and IT teams
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Management or Marketing (or currently completing such a program)
Strong communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach
Proven ability to propose improvements, work autonomously and stay well organized

Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of Power BI
