Negotiate non‑prosecution agreements and contribute to risk analysis and the consolidation of precedents.
Experience with strategic matters (economic crimes, money laundering, organized crime, jury trials, oral arguments) and experience negotiating cooperation or leniency agreements (e.g., collaboration agreements or plea arrangements) is a plus.
Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.
Experience in criminal practice, including participation in hearings and drafting procedural documents.
Advanced or fluent English.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of substantive and procedural criminal law (Criminal Procedure Code
CPP, Penal Code
CP, and relevant special statutes).
Experience with electronic filing platforms (PJe, e‑SAJ or equivalent systems).
Skills: organization, deadline management, excellent legal writing, attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactivity, teamwork and receptiveness to continuous feedback.
