Role Overview
- Work on corporate and business transactions (M&A, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures);
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial/business contracts;
- Advise on corporate governance;
- Structure transactions and strategic projects;
- Conduct legal due diligence;
- Interface directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Law degree;
- Active license to practice law with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Corporate/Business Law;
- Advanced or fluent English.
