Role Overview
- Assist with verifying photos and documents for incoming new customers;
- Learn and apply KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, understanding how to securely validate data;
- Help identify incomplete or inconsistent information in customer records;
- Perform checks on official websites and internal tools to confirm data;
- Collaborate to ensure company security policies are followed diligently.
Requirements
- Observant: Attention to detail and the ability to analyze information calmly;
- Logical reasoning: Ability to connect information and follow step-by-step processes;
- Microsoft Office: Basic to intermediate knowledge (especially Excel for organizing tasks);
- Digital curiosity: Interest in learning about AI tools and new analytical technologies.
- Interest in Fraud Prevention and Compliance;
- Familiarity with organizational tools (such as task lists or spreadsheets);
- Willingness to learn how financial sector regulations work.
