High-Performance Rituals: Run plannings, reviews and dailies with the squad to raise execution standards and the team’s technical maturity.
Ecosystem Integration: Create continuous flows between modules (e.g., Recruitment & Selection → Onboarding → Time Tracking) to remove manual data re-entry.
Pragmatic AI and Automation: Implement AI agents that automate operational routines, enabling HR to focus on strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate decisions and trade-offs clearly to Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

Solid Experience: Minimum of 5 years working as a PM on digital products.
Proficiency in AI: Regular use of AI tools to accelerate personal productivity (data analysis, problem structuring, and documentation).
Platform Thinking: Ability to think horizontally and understand how changes in one module impact the integrity of the entire ecosystem.
Data-Driven Orientation: Skill in defining KPIs and OKRs, using People Analytics to guide product evolution.
