responsibility for the design, management, delivery, and ongoing evaluation of learning programs that help employees advance their skills and knowledge
support plans to bridge growth gaps by serving as a consultant on programs and programming driven by the Learning & Development team
facilitate training sessions locally and partner with local learning vendors to design, develop, and implement global and locally relevant learning programs and courses
develop, design, and deploy Leadership Development programs and programming to ensure employees are equipped with competencies needed to be successful
serve as a key learning partner for Asia hubs by facilitating learning sessions locally (in-person and virtual)
implement learning needs identification and assessment tools across hubs
create, maintain and report Learning Dashboards for the L&D team
measure impact and demonstrable change from learning needs identification through post-learning outcomes
establish and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization and functions/hubs to provide relevant learning opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in learning and development, or in lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in learning and development
Minimum 2 years of learning, facilitation, instructional design and/or program management experience within/external to Synchrony, including demonstrated experience facilitating leadership programs
