Fixed Assets Analyst

Role Overview

• Ensure and execute control over all fixed assets of OZ Minerals Brazil;
• Manage receipt of asset acquisitions;
• Determine their accounting treatment;
• Classify and assign identification numbers to acquisitions according to established controls;
• Ensure implementation of fixed-asset control processes within the company;
• Ensure accounting close by posting acquisition records in the ERP system;
• Calculate depreciation;
• Knowledge of ICMS/PIS/COFINS as they apply to assets;
• Support audits and handle approval of investment (CAPEX) requests;
• Reconcile physical inventory with accounting records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
• Minimum experience in accounting;
• Knowledge of ERP systems;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Knowledge of corporate accounting;
• Knowledge of accounting under the 'Lucro Real' tax regime;
• Advanced English.
