Lead, coach and mentor a team of 6+ Sales Development Reps
Coaching reps on strategies and techniques for prospecting into whitespace accounts and also increasing cross-sell into existing customers
Coach and develop reps on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals opportunities
Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit + marketing campaigns are being executed on to drive results
Partner closely with Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams to execute on territory plans, run high-impact campaigns and continuously refine our prospecting approach to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding customer base

Requirements
Experience as a SDR Leader or sales manager; a highly successful manager of a frontline sales/SDR team
Experience driving business results for a hi-tech company preferred
Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like Tableau
Proven ability to hire, develop and promote top sales talent
Understands the cybersecurity landscape preferred
Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
Project Management experience and the ability to proactively identify new business opportunities, build a plan to capitalise on it and execute
A true people person who consistently delivers results no matter the challenges
An engaging communication style with the ability to inspire, coach and develop your team
Fluency in English and German, written and spoken
