Define and execute the roadmap for assigned programs/projects
Align program objectives with organizational goals and ensure measurable outcomes.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, operations, and supplier teams.
Identify, document, and streamline design processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Establish governance frameworks and best practices for automation workflows.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of a new automation platform.
Develop and implement onboarding strategies to help users adopt the new platform.
Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors involved in automation solutions.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business management
Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, preferably in PLM, design automation or engineering systems and platforms.
Strong knowledge of automation platforms, process optimization, and digital transformation would be an advantage
Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing suppliers and external partners in complex technical programs.
