Support labor inspections and internal/external audits, organizing dossiers and evidence to reduce liabilities and penalties.
Perform periodic compliance validations and internal audits of payroll, timekeeping, taxes/charges and eSocial.
Plan and control individual and collective vacation schedules, validating vacation pay calculations, the statutory one-third vacation bonus, and average earnings.
Execute and verify termination settlement calculations, ensuring legal deadlines and conducting risk analysis for sensitive separations.
Update employee records, keeping the system current with up-to-date personal information.
Interpret Collective Agreements and Conventions (CCTs), assessing payroll impacts and ensuring compliance with union clauses.
Ensure correct application of labor, social security and tax legislation, acting proactively to mitigate risks.
Support the implementation and updating of internal Personnel Administration policies.
Serve as a technical reference for complex queries, interfacing with Legal, Accounting, Tax and Audit teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources/People Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Solid experience in Personnel Administration, including terminations, employee records/onboarding and vacation management.
Experience configuring calculation rules in payroll systems.
Advanced knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
Experience with SAP.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with labor audits and inspections.
Experience with Power BI.
Intermediate Spanish.
Experience with global mobility (expatriation/nationalization).
