Process payroll in SAP, ensuring earnings, deductions and variable entries are posted for timely and accurate payment.
Calculate and pay social charges and taxes (FGTS, INSS, IRRF), verifying payment slips and calculation records to meet social security and tax obligations.
Ensure submission of information to e-Social, GOV, LIT, FGTS Digital and other electronic systems, monitoring inconsistencies to maintain legal compliance.
Manage the electronic timekeeping system and work-time control, reviewing schedules to correctly calculate overtime, time banks and compliance with the CLT (Brazilian Labor Code).
Perform payroll accounting reconciliations, identifying discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reflection of personnel expenses.
Lead improvement and automation projects in Personnel Administration processes, proposing solutions to increase productivity.
Process payroll for expatriates.
Prepare and analyze monthly HR metrics, delivering dashboards to support Executive Management decision-making.
Interpret Collective Agreements and Conventions (CCTs), assessing impacts on payroll and ensuring compliance with union clauses.
Ensure correct application of labor, social security and tax legislation, acting proactively to mitigate risks.
Support the implementation and update of internal Personnel Administration policies.
Serve as a technical reference for complex queries in interfaces with Legal, Accounting, Tax and Audit teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting or related fields.
Strong experience in Personnel Administration, with hands-on payroll and electronic timekeeping experience.
Experience configuring payroll calculation rules in HR/payroll systems.
Advanced knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
Experience with SAP.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with labor audits and inspections.
Power BI (Desirable).
Intermediate Spanish (Desirable).
Experience with global mobility (expatriation/nationalization) (Desirable).
