About this role
Role Overview
Deal Sourcing & Broker Management: Source high-quality property deals through an active broker network
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers
Continuously expand Theia’s broker ecosystem
Owner Coordination & Lead Management: Connect with property owners looking to sell
Understand property details and onboard them into the system
Manage ongoing communication and nurture relationships
Deal & Property Documentation: Design and create professional presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
Draft and manage property-related documents and deal material
Ensure all documentation is accurate, structured, and client-ready
Inventory Management: Take ownership of Theia’s property inventory database
Track listings, land details, pricing, and availability status
Regularly update CRM systems, spreadsheets, or internal tools
Operational Support: Assist in streamlining internal workflows
Coordinate between brokers, owners, and internal teams
Ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or operations
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Ability to build and maintain long-term broker relationships
Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Excel/Google Sheets
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
